Tenalyx - Convert
Bank statement conversion for structured working data
Tenalyx Convert is being built to help turn bank statement PDFs into clearer CSV or Excel-style working data.
It is designed for the preparation stage: taking statement files and helping structure the visible transaction data into dates, descriptions, debits, credits, and balances.
Tenalyx Convert is currently in development and is not yet available as a public self-service upload tool.
Built for statement preparation
Bank statements are often awkward to work with. PDF layouts, poor scans, wrapped descriptions, inconsistent spacing, and mixed statement formats can slow down even basic financial review work.
Tenalyx Convert is being developed to make that first preparation step faster and easier to manage.
What Tenalyx Convert is being built to do
Tenalyx Convert is being developed to:

extract visible transaction data from bank statement PDFs;

organise transaction rows into a structured working format;

separate dates, descriptions, debits, credits, and balances where possible;

flag obvious gaps or incomplete extraction where detected;

export structured data for checking, sorting, and further review.
A conversion tool, not a certified review
Tenalyx Convert is not designed to replace human checking.
The original bank statements remain the authoritative record. Tenalyx Convert output is working data for review, checking, sorting, and analysis.
It is not legal advice, accounting advice, a certified report, or a substitute for checking the original statement.
Current status
Tenalyx Convert is currently in development. Early access will be handled carefully and in stages. At this stage, it is not open for public uploads or instant online use.
Selected users may be invited to test the product during a controlled early-access stage.
Tenalyx Review
Tenalyx Review is planned as a separate product stage. It is expected to add tools for categorisation, matching, grouping, and pivot-table style review of converted statement data.
Tenalyx Review is not part of the first release.
